I am not supposed to be ... well here.
Several weeks back something I have worked upon and waited upon for twenty years was coming to an end. Only it was only coming to one end. It was also not playing out how I thought it would.
So plans were delayed a couple of weeks.
This is how I ended up buying Dying Light.
I hated the fact I could not get a physical copy of Dying Light and I hate that.
Anyhoo I thoroughly enjoyed this game, even its precarious, head spinning and frustrating moments but after a couple of weeks playing it actually started to get boring. Oddly enough I had only had my favourite weapon of choice a few days to a week when I started to get bored.
It was samey and become monotonous. Because you were always retreading the same old ground and the maps were confusing enough that you could not get any decent free-running runs down without making a mistake or turning the wrong way.
Also, despite their claim to this being 'the one' they had always wanted there was something else missing too which others have long since done...there were no animals.
If your going to claim to create a realistic environment then you should actually do this correctly before claiming daft things like that. Even with a zombie plague going on you would see domestic animals in a city or town milling around along with whatever wild mammals, birds and other things besides. I remember seeing fish while swimming, well at least they included that, and thinking 'oh god! There are animals in this game!'
Anyhoo it became boring but was damn fun for a time.
I went back to Dragon Age Inquisition for odd plays but this had also become boring too and I was only playing an hour or so every other day or three.
In the last few days I was looking at reviews for a game that was just about to be released. They surprised me no end. The game was getting scores of a minimum of 90% and mostly higher?! Even more surprising was that a few claimed this game was the best game ever made or best Role-Playing Game, RPG, ever made?!
Yet I swore I would not by this purely because of the previous two games!
I am speaking, of course, of The Witcher series by CD Projekt Red.
Would have gone down as classic games in their own right were it not for the immensely annoying moments when the games ground to a halt and refused to budge or move forward. At all! For weeks and even months at a time. This was how it was for me.
Also with games there is the sense of exploration and wonder. No one has ever done this as well as Skyrim. Unless your an idiotic bufoon.
Travelling to new areas resulted in new things to discover, new creatures to find and fight against and in these areas and as well as the storyline and scenery there was the LOOT!
In both Elder Scrolls and Fallout, well the last three titles in those series, got all these things bang on the money. Above all else that was captivating and interesting in its own right there was the excitement of finding a new favourite sword or bow. Though sword fighting in Skyrim was not great and I always used a longbow, I just have a thing for longbows and do not get me started! Lol!
I saw Dragon Age Inquisitions use of loot as both pointless and utterly boring.

Hmm that was something not mentioned in any of the reviews!
My bloody word, reviewers today! Where in the hell do they find these people?!
The game just stopped installing, I noticed by no drive sounds, and it was asking for a long winded in name file that was number '3' when I only had in disk '1'?! Suddenly thought it had played up and something had gone horribly wrong but I placed disk '2' in my BD drive and there it was ... file '3'!
Now why on Earth did it not just ask for disk '2'?
It almost seemed like I was installing a cracked game. Not that I would know about such things! Well not since my skint Amiga days anyway, lol.
Anyhoo ... yes the loot in Dragon Age's latest is truly terrible and boring beyond your imagination. You find the same old crap stuff that is no where near the stuff you have time after time. Your constantly crouching to pick up tons of stuff you use up at the rate of knots that shows nothing in the way of altering the game. There is an inordinate amount of time between levelling which is fine by me but you simply have to make it more interesting during this time!
Yet The Witcher 3 The Wild Hunt only has two weapons and yet it is scoring so high across the board its truly staggeringly shocking!
I was expecting a score lower than Dragon Age and even that score was lower then I thought it would be, well in PC Gamer's review anyway. Cannot remember but it was around 82 to 85% when I had wagered it would be around 92 to 95. Before I played enough of it that is!
I thought that the third Witcher game would score around 78 to 85% and yet it has turned out higher than Dragon Age Inquisition and with one score a staggering 97 or 97.5 I saw somewhere?
DAMN IT!!
I had swore I would not buy this game! Now something I was ignoring had my damned attention once again!
Then I saw that not only did you get a physical package but this was a bloody box with a manual, map, stickers and other stuff?!
Err ... guess what is installing?! LMAO!
So guess what most of the videos I post on my ever growing YouTube account are going to be on?!
I needed a time filler before my ... main event to do with corruption hits the fans and the headlines and I am busy and off doing other things! No Star Citizen yet so The Witcher III the Wild Hunt will simply have to do for the next 8 or 9 days! Lol.
Guess what this post is intended to do? Umm ... well ... time filler until The Witcher 3 has installed and patched itself up which according to the time left to install has now gone from 90 minutes to ... err ... 12 minutes?! Umm it said that 5 minutes ago! Oh dear!
Oh 11 minutes, lol, ... umm ... {twiddling fingers and finger drumming while thinking of something witty to type} 'My mother in law ...'. No I cannot do mother in law jokes as I never had one! Oh wait? That was a .mother in law joke' about not actually having one!
Hmm ten minutes?
Well time to post this up and then go and put the kettle on.

THE STUTTER WRAP
Well I should give all those a little warning that I have noted a few things regarding my A10-7850K PC set up I feel could help others ...
First off I now have Catalyst Control Drivers 14.7, I think they were ... YUP. When I downloaded this I noticed a large performance hit in Fallout 3, nice going AMD!!
I only downloaded and installed this because the previous driver failed and yet Fallout 3 was playing fine?! Windows thre up a message that the driver was not working and the Catalyst Control Centre failed to run with the same message of the driver not working?! Nice going AMD!!!
Lastly I have noticed a major stuttering issue in Fallout 3 and it made the stuttering I experienced in Elder Scrolls Skyrim while playing on my Radeon HD5450M laptop look likes child's play?! After going straight for the obvious I then decided to turn off some AMD software I had recently turned on and this was Gesture Control and hey presto! It worked! Then I started to get some more stuttering and headed straight for more of AMD's software and lo and behold turning off Hydro in the Catalyst Control Centre also cured the stuttering completely!
NICE GOING AMD!!
Now I just need to prevent AMD's Gesture Control to not fire up on start up! NICE ...
Ooh you get the idea!
EDIT: I should also add that I can confirm a suspicion that AMD's Gesture Control turns itself back on in game after you have turned it off?! Just wait for the stuttering to be sure.
I have to admit to this being one of those things where you do just end up scratching your head over these big companies! How in the world do you end up releasing software like that which refuses to stay off and then interferes with your MAIN DRIVER when it is on?!
The mind truly does boggle at figuring out how some minds work! LOL!
Now after being interested in having this software on my system I now have to uninstall it! That is until they start to realise they just cannot keep releasing crap willy-nilly!

THE KAVERIAN PECULIARITY
I have built, or in the process of, building a Kaveri system.
I have been posting videos of this and have twenty two parts this far but as I stated I am still in the process of building it.
Now this far the component list is as follows ...

I think that is it currently and so have side things still to get. Some of which I am using older tech I used with laptop, like my utterly appalling HP mouse I would certainty tell people to avoid, anything with this two letters on it!
Some things I have just wanted for awhile like a Blu-Ray writer. Currently using LiteOn external DVD writer but the time has passed by sine time ago that I need far greater capacity in a writeable optical disk! No doubt no sooner have I bought one a 4K writer week appear?! Lol!
Still even if it does I dare say that the unit and the disks week be expensive, as the tend largely is for the tech to start becoming expensive yet again!
I have watched the to end graphics cards go from the giggly silly £300 for a card to the cackling laughter until unconscious price of way over a thousand pounds?!
Sorry but tech magazines have key everyone down I believe, one in particular, in deciding to just wax lyrical over things like they are being paid to do so. A graphics card should never received mite than three stars that is above £400 in price. Of you have lost marbles and do not see the issue with graphics chips costing more than high end Intel chips then your not a full pack or being paid I am afraid.
It is not a Bugatti Veyron, it's a graphics chip your eyes won't see any difference with for two years or more and the chip will be a fifth of the price by then.
But I am posting this post regarding the above system and things I have seen period posting but forgot all about, sorry I have a condition that causes short term memory lapses! Sorry I have a condition that causes short term memory lapses.

Anyway I spotted it again tonight and period are stating about experiencing various issues that were first put down to drivers and then to RAM.
Now just to clarify, the ram I listed is clocked at 2400MHz. Or I bought it as this speed as opposed to buying a lower speed RAM and overclocking it.
I have this far run the following games on both standard clocks and with a press of the OC Genie button, sorry not exactly sure what OCs this performs just yet.
Games played ... at 1080p
Fallout 3 (maxed out plays smooth)
Crysis (maxed out plays smooth)
Crysis 3(maxed out unplayable, low to med better not smooth enough not tried since OC Genie pressed)
Skyrim (maxed out smooth)
Thief (maxed out bit quite as bad as Crysis 3 but unplayable, not tried since OC Genie)
Now it was immediate to point from the graphics capabilities of Crysis on starting why it crawled with standard clocks. Once outside with the daylight and plants it was very obvious! Lol!
As stated not run since OC.
More importantly I wanted to point out, due to what I have been reading, that I have had no issues with the system whatsoever. No crashes, freezes or blue screens of death and until Crysis 3 no issues with gaming frame rates!
So not really sure why others are having issues with their systems but maybe it is because my components were all picked to work well?
I had originally planned on Vengeance Ram. Also a few other things too.
I also plan to upgrade my mouse to something particularly nice.
I also plan on an Radeon R7 250 OC 2GB DDR3 to use dual graphics and overclock the card to match the APU.
This should get Crysis 3 up to amazing levels but also playable? It's not that I want to be able to play Crysis 3, but I do, but just to know that this graphics are achievable in 1080p on my system so that I can test assured that when the next wave of games give out with these levels of graphics I can play them with those drool worthy looks. Maybe even better if, as I suspect, other gangs companies will code more efficiently.
Bethesda springs to mind immediately!
I won't be buying Watchdogs, Lol. Not a lover of third person, though admittedly I was enjoying The Witcher for awhile.
I shall update as and when I acquire the last bits. Some week be the end of next week, around the 11th July. Others will be 25th July.
Undecided which will be bought when right now.
Also my laptop might get sold so some things may arrive earlier than planned.
I don't have a good record for selling items it had to be admitted, Lol.
Will do some benchmarks once I have cleared up the ... FALLOUT that is my house since having my head inside a PC case several times in the last week to ten days!

Apologies for the stubborn bold font but I am afraid that Google is systematically ruining all the properties it's purchasing fur done bizarre reading only know to them. Their Blogger App is utter shit and Android also thinks it's smarter when in reality the person that coded the swipe keyboard shootings hand his head in shame. Quite how you can take software that works fine and ruin it is being me.
As an example Americans must have a very funny English dictionary as it completely bloody ignores the first letter you touch and half the others and substitutes the word toy wanted and sword through for one that starts with a completely different letter to the one you stated with, are you fecking DUNCE?, and then gives me a word I have never heard of.
Though when I series (swiped) through Embody, Enrich, Anguish, Anguish, English it gave me Shiekh and then Anguish?! You can see the others as I could not be bothered and Jeff then in to price my point. Left them in to prove my point!
The best one is when you then highlight the word is it then immediately offers you the one that you did want and did swipe through?!
Like it is coded to deliberately wind you up?! It works because if a guy knocked on my door tomorrow and stated he was the coder for Google and was responsible for the keyboard, swipe and the dictionary I would want to punch him in the jaw hard enough to bloody well break it! Lol.
I would do that to the coder for their App too and for the one responsible for limiting the tags, or labels. Hmm WordPress don't have a minute dickweeds!
You would think they won't want to piss people off to go elsewhere but no. Over half a dozen updates and their OS is still shit. Sorry if your a fan, I was but it was good and worked when I was. Now its utter shit and frustrating and seven or more updates to Android and no visual clue to them whatsoever. I have no idea how many updates, if any, Blogger has had.
I think they have realised they have done so much damage to it they now can't be bothered?
After all they are working on an army of real androids to take over the world!

THE ELDER SCROLLS OFF THE MARK
Oh dear!
I saw this headline that said "5 Reasons why The Elder Scrolls Online is already a failure!" and I thought , oh my god! Can it be?
After reading the piece which I found courtesy of my Flipboard App I must say I am shocked.
I never managed to get around into getting into the whole online MMO thing but I had gained an interest when they announced The Elder Scrolls Online. I am a big sucker for gorgeous graphics it must be said and yes while I agree that the gaming part is just add big I simply show now interest or scratch my head regarding games with crap graphics. After seeing screenshots of Minecraft and reading about it's popularity I wound up add bald as a Coot! Yes maybe playing it may change my mind but for me gaming is about the ultimate escapism and that means realism. I play my copy of Elder Scrolls V Skyrim on a laptop that should not be able to play it! Oddly the last edition of Elder Scrolls actually not only looks worse than my Skyrim on the same laptop but plays very crap! So obviously the choosing in the game engine to Skyrim was far superior to Oblivion, Elder Scrolls IV.
I must say that it is surprising to see that Bethesda, who are God like beings to me after playing two Fallouts and Skyrim, can get an online game so wrong?! I mean it's not like online gaming is some brand new thing and they have been around for awhile now. World of Warcraft sounded interesting but the graphics looked a bit old to me and I must say had I bet my money on Bethesda and The Elder Scrolls Online I would have lost!
But there is another concern for me and gaming and it's the exact same thing that affects everyone who gets into coding. Everyone wants to get into this monthly pay us plan and to me they see this add more lucrative than a single player game. The fact that you have to fork out loads of wonga before you have even signed up to a monthly direct debit scheme is far more worrying! Especially add everyone seems to be taking so long to raise that the money pit is not bottomless! If everyone did this what would happen is you will have petiole trying to juggle and work out what they can do without. It would also mean that anyone new would find great difficulties in breaking into the gaming scene?! This would mean l less innovation in gaming!
Now I do not know how the online version of Elder Scrolls came about but for decades now the money people have been slowly coming and stifling creativity in games. A long time ago a couple of chaps used to go around the computer gaming ships selling a game they created on a set of 3.5 inch floppy disks. You may have heard of these guys add they were the ones behind one of the most popular of the early RPGs Ultima Underworld and eventually the space simulator of the famous Wing Commander series. Those days are long gone and along the way many other types of games and ones that got me into PCs in the first place have also gone, that being flight simulators. Outside of Flight Simulator X and umm that other one oh yeah X-Plane there is nothing much. I long for the return of things like Falcon and Strike Eagle among others! At least Wing Commander, oh I'm sorry Space Citizen is coming along with Elite Dangerous! Those people who were the original pioneers getting back into it probably because they see a gaping hole! Oh yes and X Rebirth is finally out to, I missed that one and recently saw it in my local Have store to my surprise.
I just hippie that Bethesda do not use all their time now fixing The Elder Scrolls Online and that they are not pandering to greedy executives of some patent company or label?! Otherwise it could be eons before we see Elder Scrolls 6 our Fallout 4?!

THE MASTER OF SKYRIM
Well I do not know if I mentioned but I got bak into Skyrim after finally managing to cure myself of Vampyrism! Oddly I have now done this a third time and unlike the first time I did it Falion does not just stand there like a melon!
As a result I have gone a bit wild on it and when I went back to it after leaving it alone for several months I have now gone from having around 26,000 septims, or gold, to around 360,000 so yes I hit the achivement for whetever it was for 50,000, hmm or was it 100,000?!
I decided not to set my Archery to Legendary as it seemed to be really stupid, or was described badly. Some things were still difficult to kill even with the new friend I made Mjoll The Lioness! So why on eart would I want to reset my archery skill from 99/100 to only 15?! Are they raving nuts?! LMAO!
My speech is in the 80's or 90.s levels and my smithing and alchemy are not far behind! Come to think of it I think my light armour skill is up there somewhere too. My alchemy, however, is in the 50's region!
As for my toal levellling it is now approaching 52!
I have got a bit bored with several things and frustrated with sevral too. I wont kill anyone that does not deserve to die, thats just my nature, lol! But several things require people to di so I have not got them. However there is one that absolutely infuriated me and it is the Oghma Infinitum book!! I could not read it nor pick it up and therre was no reason given for this. I then read you were supposed to be over level 12 or 15, which mattered not as I was over twenty! I very recently decided to go back as someone said that taking a swipe at Ser...Ser...that bloke would cure the problem. So a similar bug to the Falion one then?!
Only I went back recently and the fecking door was shut with the walley still inside?! Jesus H Christ man!!!
Anyway I am running around doing underpaid jobs in the hope of finding a place I have not yet been to and think I have hit the end on that one!
Also I seem to keep killing people now that I have killed before and this also includes the bloody Dragons!! Actually the Dragons do not bother me as it is such a cool battle on each occasion you do not care. I remember one recently I literally stumbled across and I was atop a peak leaping around rocks a bit of a distance from Mjoll when a particularly tough Dragon appeared and repeatedly toasted my arse!! In the end I had to keel peaping and firing arrows to get unstuck and onto a bit where my charactor does not get stuck between rocks, and the toasted like a marshmellow, before I could battle and kill him.
Other Dragons have also beome very easy to kill!
Other annoying things is I have quests listed, now I have managed to whittle them down to a shortlist, whereby the characters in the lists no longer appear!! This was annoying as you could not drop the items but I recently read you can drop Dravin's Bow by placing it on a weapon rack! Well one that you own!
That reminds me I own Proudspire Manor, house in Solitude, Breezehome, of course and in Whiterun along with the Honeyside House in Riften and Vlindrell Hall in Malkarth. Let me tell you that despite the humungous cash I have and the four houses if you was to see any of my chests, cupoboards or weapons rooms the amount of geear I have is immense and mind boggling!
It drove nme crazy that no matter how expensicve items were you sold a dealer they always had the same piddly amount oif cash trhe next day!! Madness. I did not realise that the speech skill affected this as did trhe perks, lol.
I must admit that I ignored all other perks and skill outside of Archery, do not ask I just have this thing about Archery, its vewry weird, lol. Oh yes and it was before I played the early Thief games, lol.
I have masses of weapons and armour I crafte to Legendary Status and am now doing so with enchanted items as I have that perk too! Oddly I have not the perk to create Glass items, or anything above steel, but then I now have so many of them I am not that bothered anyway!! Lol!
I am putting off buying the extra expansion packs, yes I know I know I am late to the party on this one but I bought SKyrim very late on and have been putitng off the expansion packs!
Why you may ask and I will say that this is for TWO reasons!
One is that without me realising the pricing on some things has come down so I now want to build a budget system that will be far more powerful than the one I use. SO I want to play the expansion packs on maxed out settings!
So I will now wait two weeks as of Wednesday and then start buying the gear to build a simple rig using an AMD A10-7850K with a much needed and way overdue SSD drive!
Some months after this I will also build another and things would have bstarted happening on my most popular blogs with advertising, ones on corruption in the UK. I had a conversation with a company that approached me due to the amount of people I have been ... attracting! I had some troubles with advertising and was quite deliberately miselad by Google and many others. I took the advertising off over 6 months ago. The last correspondence I had with this lady I asked what figures you need a month to gennerate a minimum income and she stated that despite the fact its not her area of expertise that 2,000 per month would generate regular cash.
Lol!
I then pointed out that she only contacted me about one blog and that I have twelve in total and am currently attracting 12,000 to 15,000 per month! She asked I contact her if I change my mind, which I will in a few months time! Lol!!
So what I did is instead of sitting there staring at rising penneies I switched it all off except for the Google ads because I have clearly stated for ages I was suspicious about them and what do you know?! A year down the line of watching and publishing about them the reaosns hit the news headlines!
GO FIGURE!!
Also there are the other goals of my blogs that will be reached this year. Yes they should have reached them the end of last year but a number of unforeseen circumstances along with not getting as far and wide as I thought I would throughout the summer held the numbers back a bit!
As a result a number of my blogs did not get anywhere near the content I was hoping last year and I can tell you that this year this will change! Wait? Did I not say that last year?! Lol!
No it will and purely based upon the numbers ...
I have three books and have a few others rattling around in the noggin. I know now for sure that my numbers of visitors are being watched but I also know that they do not know the entire picture, as I stated that lady who emailed me only knew of my my most popular blog.
Over the next year and into the year after that each one of my blogs will reach the numbers of that first one and with each one I will get companies approach me! I will get more this year regarding the one I was already contacted about so ... its going to grow and end up being a bit nuts!! I do not even know how they are getting my email?! Paying Google for it, no doubt which is illegal I might add!
Then as I stated there are my books! As the number of people who have visited my various blogs have long since gone over 110,000 and seem to now be growing at 13,000 per month and rising then the books I have spoken off throughout my blogs will aslo garner their own interest.
So yeah, 2014 is going to be quite different from 2013!! LMAO!!
Also if I manage to do what I wanted to do last year then this helps the blog and my YouTube account and in time so will its follow ups!

Actually the Dragons do not bother me as it is such a cool battle on each occasion you do not care. I remember one recently I literally stumbled across and I was atop a peak leaping around rocks a bit of a distance from Mjoll when a particularly tough Dragon appeared and repeatedly toasted my arse!! In the end I had to keel peaping and firing arrows to get unstuck and onto a bit where my charactor does not get stuck between rocks, and the toasted like a marshmellow, before I could battle and kill him.
Other Dragons have also beome very easy to kill!
Other annoying things is I have quests listed, now I have managed to whittle them down to a shortlist, whereby the characters in the lists no longer appear!! This was annoying as you could not drop the items but I recently read you can drop Dravin's Bow by placing it on a weapon rack! Well one that you own!
That reminds me I own Proudspire Manor, house in Solitude, Breezehome, of course and in Whiterun along with the Honeyside House in Riften and Vlindrell Hall in Malkarth. Let me tell you that despite the humungous cash I have and the four houses if you was to see any of my chests, cupoboards or weapons rooms the amount of geear I have is immense and mind boggling!
It drove nme crazy that no matter how expensicve items were you sold a dealer they always had the same piddly amount oif cash trhe next day!! Madness. I did not realise that the speech skill affected this as did trhe perks, lol.
I must admit that I ignored all other perks and skill outside of Archery, do not ask I just have this thing about Archery, its vewry weird, lol. Oh yes and it was before I played the early Thief games, lol.
I have masses of weapons and armour I crafte to Legendary Status and am now doing so with enchanted items as I have that perk too! Oddly I have not the perk to create Glass items, or anything above steel, but then I now have so many of them I am not that bothered anyway!! Lol!
I am putting off buying the extra expansion packs, yes I know I know I am late to the party on this one but I bought SKyrim very late on and have been putitng off the expansion packs!
Why you may ask and I will say that this is for TWO reasons!
One is that without me realising the pricing on some things has come down so I now want to build a budget system that will be far more powerful than the one I use. SO I want to play the expansion packs on maxed out settings!
So I will now wait two weeks as of Wednesday and then start buying the gear to build a simple rig using an AMD A10-7850K with a much needed and way overdue SSD drive!
Some months after this I will also build another and things would have bstarted happening on my most popular blogs with advertising, ones on corruption in the UK. I had a conversation with a company that approached me due to the amount of people I have been ... attracting! I had some troubles with advertising and was quite deliberately miselad by Google and many others. I took the advertising off over 6 months ago. The last correspondence I had with this lady I asked what figures you need a month to gennerate a minimum income and she stated that despite the fact its not her area of expertise that 2,000 per month would generate regular cash.
Lol!
I then pointed out that she only contacted me about one blog and that I have twelve in total and am currently attracting 12,000 to 15,000 per month! She asked I contact her if I change my mind, which I will in a few months time! Lol!!
So what I did is instead of sitting there staring at rising penneies I switched it all off except for the Google ads because I have clearly stated for ages I was suspicious about them and what do you know?! A year down the line of watching and publishing about them the reaosns hit the news headlines!
GO FIGURE!!
Also there are the other goals of my blogs that will be reached this year. Yes they should have reached them the end of last year but a number of unforeseen circumstances along with not getting as far and wide as I thought I would throughout the summer held the numbers back a bit!
As a result a number of my blogs did not get anywhere near the content I was hoping last year and I can tell you that this year this will change! Wait? Did I not say that last year?! Lol!
No it will and purely based upon the numbers ...
I have three books and have a few others rattling around in the noggin. I know now for sure that my numbers of visitors are being watched but I also know that they do not know the entire picture, as I stated that lady who emailed me only knew of my my most popular blog.
Over the next year and into the year after that each one of my blogs will reach the numbers of that first one and with each one I will get companies approach me! I will get more this year regarding the one I was already contacted about so ... its going to grow and end up being a bit nuts!! I do not even know how they are getting my email?! Paying Google for it, no doubt which is illegal I might add!
Then as I stated there are my books! As the number of people who have visited my various blogs have long since gone over 110,000 and seem to now be growing at 13,000 per month and rising then the books I have spoken off throughout my blogs will aslo garner their own interest.
So yeah, 2014 is going to be quite different from 2013!! LMAO!!
Also if I manage to do what I wanted to do last year then this helps the blog and my YouTube account and in time so will its follow ups!
Then I will just patiently await the announcements of Elder Scrolls 6 which will no doubt come after Fallout 4!! Then look at other titles that have this open ended world as I recently read that Farcry 3 was like this too!

PUTTING LIFE BACK INTO SKYRIM
Well now I am very happy!
In fact I am about to play Skyrim again once I have posted thisn up.
It turns out that the previous use of the setmenurace command to try and get rid of Vamprism screwed up the game and I was unable to feed! Go figure!
Anyway I discovered on the Internet that you have to reset your race as a vampire too with player.setrace (your race without brackets and space)vampire and I had changed mine from umm whatever it was to Breton so mine was setplayer.setrace bretonvampire!
Once I had this solution I was going to gather others up to try but cjanged my mind, went into the game, hit the console key, inputted that line and bang! I was able to feed again!!
I then immediately went to the first Inn, I was in Rorkstead I think, asked the innkeeper about rumours which I did not think would work becuse I was miles away and he told me about Falion and that cure Vamprism quest was started again! Boy, oh boy was I relieved to see that!
But then I still had the probably problem that the quest would not complete, as it had happened the first time around?! I need not have worried as it all went tickedy-boo!
OH WHAT A BLOODY RELIEF!!
Now I really have no bloody idea why I contracted the vampire disease TWICE! I find that extremely annoying and the first time I thought I had accidentally eaten Vampire dust?! I mean think about it? Look at the bloody aggravation you have to go through to bloody feed? There is no bloody way anyone fed upon me?! I hardly ever sleep anyway unless I am at home!
Which by the way is either Breezehome in Whiterun or Proudspire Manor in Solitude.
Now I just hope that when the next Elder Scrolls game comes out they sort out that crap?! I mean there is plenty of gamers going mad about it, or was, on the Internet!
I am taking the completion of the game slowly now and have not got the expansion packs yet. This is partly because I am playing it on a low end device and I think I may be finally able to build something a fair bit more powerful that what I have?! FINALLY?!
I have been asked a question, you see, to do with my battles over corruption and it is the sort of question that the answer to which I would be told and by a solicitor! Not be asked in the manner that I have! In fact if the questions answer does not come to fruition I will be one very pissed of chappy!!
Still and even so I do expect this year to be the year when several of my endeavours start to pay off?
Fingers crossed!
As for Skyrim, well... I need to slow down a bit and start working my way through the myriad of quests that I have not completed because I become distracted by other things! As for my two houses this pales into insignificance when you see the possessions!
I have been just returning home and piling them into draws, cupboards and safes! In fact once I had become a stage 4 vampire again I could not get to Solitude so I ended up using Breezehome in Whiterun as it is far, far easier to get in and out without having to kill anyone or getting killed! Though many civilians still got killed because wherever I went whenever anyone attacked me, which is everyone, the soldiers and guards would chase them down and kill them due to protecting me. As the NPCs were coded badly to which things just carry on attacking you until they are dead many people died.
In fact the last few times I visited Whiterun it looked deserted!
Also it would be great if every time you entered a store the owners and traders did not always have the same piddly amount of cash! Which is primarily why I dropped all the possessions into my two houses!
Also I lost my saved games in Fallout New Vegas, no idea why as I did not with Skyrim! So I am avoiding Fallout until I have upped my compute power and then playing that again!
Of course I am over excited about Thief!! I played the others way back then and saw Deadly Shadows again recently and bought it for £1.00. It was purely nostalgia and I already had TWO DISCS with it on because when I built my GeForce SLI computer with two Gigabyte 6800GTs I got a free copy with each card! That was before the now biased Custom PC Magazine did an artice on it and explained how tricky it was! Well it was but only took a couple of hours to figure out what was wrong and doing it correctly!
You had to manually install each driver TWICE.
I used to love buying that magazine but ever since it was taken over it started going down hill! I used to but it every single month once upon a time and from the day ot was launched. It was the best thing since sliced bread but now if I flick through the pages a shiver goes down my spine, lol.
They make such backwards statements and they really do not think things through before they make them, which leads to my own personal conclusion that it is all money driven?! Considering that magazines are now basically book prices, or at least some of them, it is fecking appalling if their are any so-called journalists out there taking money to report false truths. Or even just misleading ones!
Maybe it is just from my understanding of computing and gaming that I understand that it matters not what fast hardware you have now, but that which will be mostly optimised for in a year or two!
Custom PC seem to think quite differently to this and despite the fact that every single one of the biggest games producing companies on the planet will all be coding this way they still promote something that is good for non-gaming software along with current and older games.
Now with that in mind and the fact that the very top AMD Kaveri chips are capable of said games at pretty decent levels, considering the prices, and then realise that not only is everything going to be optimised for them in the future but that with the launch of the PS4 and XBox One these games have likely been in development for up to two years!
Ao everyone talks about it like its two years into the future before you will see this stuff and I think this is extremely narrow minded. AMD must have been working with software houses for a long time over the PS4 and XBox One? You do not launch a games console wothout several games that take advanrage of the higher power. Once coding this way they will continue to do so and I for one am very interested to see how things go between now and Christmas 2014?! VERY INTERESTED! LMFAO!

SEEKING HELP ON ELDER SCROLLS V SKYRIM
Well I do not know?!
I have been attempting to find a cure for my vampirism in Skyrim and I can officially tell you that nothing works!
Falion does not want to help even though he is supposed to perform his ritual many times.
I activated the Shrine of Talos in Whiterun and that had no effects either!
I consumed several Cure All Disease potions but all that did was reverse it a little?!
I also cannot feed either so am currently hunted on sight so no way of asking about rumours to se if that starts Falion off again offering, which is rather stupid and dimwitted when you think about it, after all he would know you now and offer the same again. I have both the Black Soul Gem and the other one that does not need filling, Black Star, or whatever you call it, lol.
Also rather bizarre is that when I returned to Whiterun and the locals started to attack me the guards then started to attack the locals who attacked me and by the time I left I am sure they have slaughtered a fair few locals. Good job I did not go back during the day or there would be no one left?!
Also I do not seem to be able to feed and am also finding that there is always someone still awake inside the homes even at 2am?! I get spotted eantering even though I am naked, carrying next to nothing (weight around 13) and despite creeping and with the Embrace of Shadows invoked I get SPOTTED?!
I would not mind but its the second time now I have been infected and yet I have never had a bloody vampire come near me?!
I just spent a couple of hours fast travelling around from Morthal to Whiterun and back again trying all different things but to no avail.
Quite how this was missed by reviewers I will never know in a million years!
Several months ago I stopped playing Skyrim because I got infected for a second time, some months before that I stopped playing because I got infected in the first place. Only now I have tried everything and not only does nothing work but now I am stuck as a vampire and unable to feed?!
My God what an absolutely HUGE let down this is to the game!
Why its so tedious feeding, why your unable to feed at times, why you have to strip everything off to feed and why on Earth you get infected so easily and without warning I will never know!
Added to this is this talk about stages in Vampirism and yet I have looked everywhere to see what stage I am at as I keep thinking that maybe this has something to do with why I cannot feed and there is nothing?!
I am bewildered as to how there is such a ridiculously bad part to this game when all else is brilliant?! Cannot help but wonder if they gave the coding to the vampires and the disaeas to the spotty work experience guy?!
God it is frustrating and Skyrim was the only reason I wanted to build a new PC but in all honesty it has kinda put me off now! Lol!
Also when you look on the Internet to do with this all you see is the same thing over and over and over again! Many others have found it just as frustrating as me and yet on some sites they are told to calm down as it is easy to deal with?!
Umm no, it is not! Using the console command of SETSTAGE does not work either! I even tried changing my race, thinking maybe one race might be immune and that would get shot of this bloody annoying disease but after awhile I gave up.
My God I can tell you that it is that annoying I will be waiting to see what people say about Vampirism in the next installment of Elder Scrolls before I buy it, that I can tell you! Oddly in Oblivion I never contracted the disease at all.
I think I may have to concede defeat and contact Bethesda about a work around to this?! Quite how some people find being a Vampire entertaining I have no idea. I played the Thief games of the past and I love sneaking about in that but in this it is like having teeth pulled without any anesthetic!
The only thing I have not thought of trying is uninstalling the game and reinstalling but this will be one hell of a pain in the posterior and if that did not clear this issue it would be infuriating, lol.

FRUSTRATING TO PLAY SKYRIM
I had been playing Skyrim for quite awhile and then for some reason stopped playing it, for many months?!
About a week ago I was on the laptop on afternoon and thought I would have another go at it as there are still many things I have failed to do as yet. Despite my owning two homes, one being the most expensive called Proudspire Manor in Solitude and the first one in Whiterun called Breeze Home.
After I had been playing it awhile I was suddenly reminded as to why I stopped!!
I had been infected with Vamprism YET AGAIN?!?!
I was immediately pissed off and wanted to stop but thought better of it and attempted to just cure it!
Now as I know there are various diseases in Skyrim and yet I have only ever contracted Vamprism and have now managed to do this twice and I could not tell you how in the world I got it! To be totally frank with you even just canotracting it the first time was a big let down for the game!
I found it annoying as there was no real way of avoiding contracting it that was obvious, the diseases is a pain in the arse and you would have to be demented to want to be a Vampire in the game as the creeping about with ni clothes on is bloody tedious!!
But no it gets better! This is because of a number of things and first up the Cure All Duiseases Potion does not work and nor did the Praying at a Shrine, despite being told BOTH TIME all my diseases had been cured?! No it gets even better because Falion turned up at the meeting place and did...NOTHING!!!
So I contracted Vamprism and it was a fecking big headache if I am honest and put me right off Skyrim and had I been a reviewer for the game and hit that snag what would have been a 97% score would have dropped to 67%!! Literally.
Only it gets better still... to get Falion to do as he is supposed to I used a console command I found on the Internet as this was the only way without continuing as a Vampire which was shite!
Only now I have contracted the damn disease YET AGAIN!! Also and also yet again I STILL cannot tell you how I contracted it! Once again cure diseases potion and shrines did not work and Falion no longer offers to cure the disease?!
So pissed of yet again I scoured the Internet and found several details and first off one chap says once you are cured of Vamprism you cannot get it again?! Err WRONG in my case.
Another person states that Falion offers to cure you an endless number of times?! Umm WRONG AGAIN and once again in my case!
The most common one used is the setstage 000eadf5 10 console command only that does not fecking work either!!!
A few people mentioned about changing your race but not only does this NOT WORK ALSO you cannot get back into the game and have to hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete to bring up Task Manager in Windows and 'end task' Skyrim before you can get back in!!
Now I tell you now that I have found a great deal of people that have found this frustrating and another list of people that have had similar issues, especially with Falion turning up and the doing FECK ALL!!
WHat I do not get is how not a single reviewer managed to find these glitches at all?! I mean I was only a few days into playing the game when I forst contracted it and now about two thirds of the way through and contracting it yet again, so how the feck did they miss this when so many people have discovered it?! It is like they tell bloody porkies about playing the game!
Bear in mind that what we buy of the shelf should be a lot less buggy and glitchy than that the reviwers receive?!
As to me getting back into it I simply cannot find another way of getting rid of this fecking boring and shitty part of the game?! At first I was really keen to see a Elder Scrolls Part VI but in all honesty unless they kick this utter crap part of the game out I really do not think I would bother?!
Especially as many people claim to have contacted Bethesda about this and they have done feck all about it, that is bad in all honesty, If enough people contacted me I would at least release some sort of announcement!
In the meantime I am going to now see if I can find anything else and at the same time look to see if there is an update, I presume I do this via my Steam Client?!

No it gets even better because Falion turned up at the meeting place and did...NOTHING!!!
So I contracted Vamprism and it was a fecking big headache if I am honest and put me right off Skyrim and had I been a reviewer for the game and hit that snag what would have been a 97% score would have dropped to 67%!! Literally.
Only it gets better still... to get Falion to do as he is supposed to I used a console command I found on the Internet as this was the only way without continuing as a Vampire which was shite!
Only now I have contracted the damn disease YET AGAIN!! Also and also yet again I STILL cannot tell you how I contracted it! Once again cure diseases potion and shrines did not work and Falion no longer offers to cure the disease?!
So pissed of yet again I scoured the Internet and found several details and first off one chap says once you are cured of Vamprism you cannot get it again?! Err WRONG in my case.
Another person states that Falion offers to cure you an endless number of times?! Umm WRONG AGAIN and once again in my case!
The most common one used is the setstage 000eadf5 10 console command only that does not fecking work either!!!
A few people mentioned about changing your race but not only does this NOT WORK ALSO you cannot get back into the game and have to hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete to bring up Task Manager in Windows and 'end task' Skyrim before you can get back in!!
Now I tell you now that I have found a great deal of people that have found this frustrating and another list of people that have had similar issues, especially with Falion turning up and the doing FECK ALL!!
WHat I do not get is how not a single reviewer managed to find these glitches at all?! I mean I was only a few days into playing the game when I forst contracted it and now about two thirds of the way through and contracting it yet again, so how the feck did they miss this when so many people have discovered it?! It is like they tell bloody porkies about playing the game!
Bear in mind that what we buy of the shelf should be a lot less buggy and glitchy than that the reviwers receive?!
As to me getting back into it I simply cannot find another way of getting rid of this fecking boring and shitty part of the game?! At first I was really keen to see a Elder Scrolls Part VI but in all honesty unless they kick this utter crap part of the game out I really do not think I would bother?!
Especially as many people claim to have contacted Bethesda about this and they have done feck all about it, that is bad in all honesty, If enough people contacted me I would at least release some sort of announcement!
In the meantime I am going to now see if I can find anything else and at the same time look to see if there is an update, I presume I do this via my Steam Client?!

SKYRIM TEAM MOVE ON TO BIGGEST PROJECT YET?!
This is exciting news too, and with Thief returning too it is an exciting time for me.
Will be even more exciting if I can build that rig I though I would start building 8 weeks back, still better late than never, as long ias it is not TOO LATE, LOL.
Now I am not sure about how things are done at Bethesda and I am not sure of this means that they are now working on an Elder Scrolls VI or a Fallout 4?!
I get the feeling they have two teams one for each series but I could be wring and I have not had time to reasearch many things, and therefore make money, becase the UK government or SERCO, take your pic, are taking up much of my time with the reasn behind it that I do not work.
What do you call all these blogs then you arse-wipes & piss-ants, lol.
Still in-between wondering whether I will sort this out and if not whether I will be homeless first or starve to death, I do find periods to be excited even if I cannot do the research I need to do, lol.
I did have this theory that there would be a flurry of activity on games that will increase once the word was out that we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel on the Playstation 4 and XBox 720?! Indeed it may well be that this activity has been ongoing for awhile now and that they could not let that out of the bag as people may guess it was for the next generation consoles?!

VAMPYRISM IN SKYRIM
OK I really need to type out a post about this really annoying let down for what should be the greatest game ever created?!
Sorry to all you magazines and online reviewers but your way, WAY wrong in your scoring on Elder Scrolls V Skyrim and I am really unhappy to have to say this.
Right very early on in the game I accidentally consumed umm something that gradually turned me into a vampire. REALLY EARLY ON!! Now not realising what a problem for me this would be and just how annoying it would make the game nor that I had to cure it I went on.
When the annoying dizzying started and the blood boiling in sunlight I attempted to find out something about it on the Internet and found a site called Gamefront. There is a whole page on curing Vampyrism and the amount of people going mental and some who have cured it being very sarcastic towards others that are complaining.
Well those having a go at others and insulting them by stating they cannot read I think you will find it is YOU that cannot read! Read on...
So I was afflicted by this Vampyrism purely because the keys had altered from Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion... now WHY THE FECK WOULD YOU DO THAT?!
So the options are...
1) Consume the Cure for All Diseases
DONE AND DID NOT WORK
2) Find an alter and pray at it!
DONE AND DID NOT WORK!
3) Travel to Mortar and speak to Inn Keeper who tells you to speak to Falion, has to be done in THAT order, buy a black soul gem, fill it with a soul (FECK ME ALREADY!!), return to Falion and arrange to meet him at this location at dawn. Make sure you are not a starved vampire and when he arrives after a fecking annoying wait it tells you to speak to him. You speak to him and ... NOTHING!!!
I think that part of the game code, probably where the micro stutter crept in, were fecking intoxicated that day and stoned?!?!
After travelling half the damn map and killing two dragons and having a third bugger off just as I was about to dispatch his arse to the four winds he buggers off nowhere to be seen. I am gathering shouts but had no idea until I noticed three were greyed out that I needed to capture DRAGON SOULS...cheers fellas!!!
After eventually capturing a sould using a soul trap spell I ditch Lydia, quite accidentally, in errr that place in the freezing cold and a large expansive college and end up back in Morthal.
I arrange to meet Falion and wait around for bloody ages only when he turns up I speak to him and the three ususal options appear and ... NOTHING! He turns up to meet you and stands there like an lemon?!
Thinking I must be looking too vampire like I go back to another saved game, this is four or five evenings now of attempting to cure Vampirism, shit dudes I could have completed Half Life 2 BLOODY TWICE in that time maybe three times?! I go and feed, ewww, and go back and meet Falion and he still turns up and stands there like an idiot. GROAN.
So I go back to said saved game only this time I suck off half the town of Molthar!! Two seprate couples, though oddly the wife of one couple, Thunnar's wife, will not allow me to feed or pickpocket either. Still I have fed over two dozen times and I thought surely now this will work?!
No, Falion still arrives and stands there like a god damn IDIOT!!! Why even turn up? WHY TELL YOU that he will cure you, then turn up at the circle and then just stand around like a brainless moron?
I then remembered reading somewhere that you had to attack Falion a few times and then he submits and performs the ritual?! Oh yeah well that worked out well and the only thing I discovered form this is that despite having him down and out several times you cannot kill him!!
I used every single weapon and every single posion along with going through all thee types of health potions I had 3 or more of each. Every single destruction magic spell and then some.
Just remebered that PRIOR to attacking him I had thought that maybe I needed to be naked, like I discovered you had to be to get in people's houses without them waking up when you need to feed. So cast off all clothing jewellery and weapons once Falion turned up but still nothing?!
I led him towards some crabs too and then saved his arse several times and take a guess to how that went?!
I only ended up trying to slay him as I got so enraged at hearing his bloody voice and that was how I discovered that even when he is cowering at your feet that blows from single handed nor two handed swords do a dman thing to him?!
I started to think this was some kind of gaming coders joke on gamers?
I mean how and why would it be that hard to reverse something you did not want to become anyway? I have played the game for two weeks now and spent 90% of the time as this damned Vampire! It has runied the enjoyment of the game for me and I am sick to death of it if I am honest.
Looking down the forums, especially the one in Gamefront, I am not the only one and the chat forum is really lengthy with others complaining of the same thing. In fact I am astounded at the people that managed to cure it and even more so that they speak to others like they are idiots because they cannot.
So after perusing the forums again looking for a console cheat to rid myself of this fecking annoying thing, I hate the whole Vampire thing anyway and did not even realise they were in Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion, and think its all bloody, pardon the pun, teenage fashion crap in all honesty what started with Buffy and made worse by the Twilight films that they seem to be included to add appeal to teenage obsessives?!

In all honesty everything I read about Skyrim was amazing and even the first week os evenings playing it were amazing. But it ended up on a slippery slope that seemed to just increase its inclination the longer I played the game.
I had already been salivating over Elder Scrolls VI and hope its subtitled 'DO NOT WORRY THE VAMPIRES ARE BANISHED' otherwise I think I will wait and see what people say about it. This Vampire business really IS that shit in all honesty and I will have to try a console cheat as the only other option is start for the beginning.
If I do the first thing I am going to do in Skyrim is find the biggest baddest weapon available and then travel to Morthal to see Falion, but I WILL NOT BE SPEAKING TO HIM THAT IS FOR SURE!!!
This coming from a gamer who when breaking into someoes home to feed on their blood will not steal or pickpocket them while there as I think I am doing them an injustice as it as if they become a vampire as a result of my feeding on them I am consigning them to a fate worse than DEATH ITSELF!!
Now I am off to walk into the open jaws of a bloody big dragon to put myself out of my never ending misery that is Skyrim?!

Go the the centre of the Ritual Circle...
...get the console command line up by pressing ` or the key to the left of one on my keyboard then type in...
prid 0001aa5e ... then press RETURN followed by...
moveto player ... then press return...
Then press escape to go back to the game...
FALION reappears (oh OK SPAWNS) next to you in the circle and starts the damned ritual!
DONE!!
God really bad coding that was and if there is an update to PATCH this glitch then I am afraid to say it is a prime example that after all this time STEAM is till crap!!

I apologise for the lack of quality and would say that I was out today looking at better equipment so that I can improve on the content...
...now indeed I will state at this juncture that I have TWO plans in my head to improve the content and both should be pretty cool, I know which one readers of this blog would prefer and so would I believe me.
Hopefully I will do a couple of checks and the first today, one on Monday coming and then another the following weekend and at any of these checks I will be able to tell which of the next lot of plans I will be able to pull off?!?! Hopfeully BOTH!!! LOL!!

...for those that thought it was CRYSIS...sorry that was a deliberate Red Herring and the only reason, other than curiosity, why I purchased the Maximum Edition from my local Game store?!
I saw it and thought...now would it not be funny if I bought this and played it and threw this in 'the ring' to throw everyone off?!?!
I bloody love Skyrim and yes the graphics ARE turned down but yes it is running on a triple core AMD Phenom X3 1.8GHz CPU, that is 1.8 Gighertz, with a ATI Radeon HD5470M, yes that is MOBILE GRAPHICS, on a HP Pavilion DV7 Laptop I bought ex-demo, but actually refurbished, that I read over and over again on the internet I would NOT, I repeat NOT, be able to play any of the latest games on...
...so never even bought a game at all in way over 6 months. Well I bought the laptop in January 2011 and it is now February 2013 and you can see when I started doing these posts on gaming.
Even with the first Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion running and Fallout 3 running I still never thought I would be able to get Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas to run, especially as DiRT 3 runs so bloody badly?!?!
But it seems that the team behind the Elder Scrolls have either rebuilt the engine they used and opitimized it to impressive standards or optimized the current engine, from Fallout or which ever one, and OPTIMIZED their code which is even MORE impressive.
The MASTERS that CODE should take notes!!

NEWS: A HALF-LIFE MOVIE?! THE WITCHER 3?! 3 SKYRIMS?!
Well three seems to be the buzzword of the moment with all of the biggest names all focused on that number...
It was not long ago when a YouTube app from those guys in Canada of TechSource.TV that I first heard of a third Half-Life 3 game but thought it merely a industry joke due to the time that has passed since Gordon's second outing.
This morning and while installing... something, lol, I noticed some news on Steam that there is now talk of a Half-Life MOVIE?! Added to this was news of a third instalment of The Witcher and I have now realised that there are no less than THREE expansion packs available for Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim?!
I had seen Dawnguard in my local Game store but did not know of Heathfire, but then why would I keep abreast of it as Skyrim is outta reach to me currently ... WAHHHHH!!! Anyway, ahem, well as well as those two, err or is it one, there is now Dragonborn too.
My God I really do need to start planning a PC Gaming Rig Build I really do?!
Maybe it might be ready for Elder Scrolls VII: Earthedge, The Witcher 5, Fallout New London Same Old Same Old and Medal of Dishonoured? LMAO?!
