THE CORRUPTION AND THE IDIOTS

I spent a very long time tonight reading an argument that went on forever in the comment section of a YouTube video that points out that gaming developers and publishers have been lying to the public for several years.

In this instance it is UBI Soft, oh surprise surprise, but they are all now doing it.

This chap points out that a game called The Division now looks a lot worse than the videos we were shown a year or two beforehand.

Now before this happened with a title called Watchdogs and as it turns out has happened several times since then. I noted it with The Witcher 3 also.

Now this argument started because of a couple of console fanboys that sounded like children, though one tried to insist he was in his thirties or more, did not like what the guy was pointing out in his video. Except ... he was merely telling and showing the truth. A bit like what I do on my corruption blog.

A couple of PC gaming people tried to point out what they were saying to him and that these next gen consoles were not as powerful as they first made them out to be.

Now you may have to look back on here but I certainly thought the specifications published before release looked surprisingly underwhelming and now they are proving to be the case.

PC gamers are pissed because they have spent large amounts of money on vastly overpriced graphics cards that tech journalists and gaming journalists also surprisingly talk up. Added to this another subject I see mentioned a great deal, 60 frames per second and higher, also cropped up.

It went on for absolutely ages. At one point one person pointed out it had gone on for several weeks!

But one of the defenders of the consoles became completely stupid and was quite obviously not taking things on board and kept sinking down to name calling and insulting.

This got so bad and so obvious that another console gamer that realised the truth came on, pointed out he was a console gamer and that this other guy...sorry, kid making out he was a middle aged man should not e arguing, that it has been obvious for a time that the console gamers were lied to from day one and be quiet. Surprise, surprise he did not get reacted to because he could not throw words like 'PC gamer' in his face.

Then a bunch of people came on at the end and pointed out just how corrupt and greedy Sony and Microsoft were, surprise, surprise once again, at cheating people and misinforming them about their hardware and then getting developers to make videos of upcoming games that look better than they will in the end to get people to buy the consoles.

I had never even thought about it that way, but then I have never bought a console machine.

There was a point they had missed, though one lady came on to point out the financial crisis and said this was why the both, Sony/Microsoft, elected at a lower powered machine.

The point they missed is that outside of the extremely overpriced Intel, none of the other players had shrunk their chips down as was usually the case every couple of years. In fact it has been more than five years since this last happened.#

The two graphics chips makers of AMD, who Sony/Microsoft used, and nVidia were both stuck with the same size chips at 28 nanometres, where Intel had shrunk theirs to 16nm, I think it was, a few years ago and left prices artificially high because they could. Yet you get idiots defending Intel too?! Such naivety out there in the world, there really and truly is.

And that ios why they do it and that is why they get away with it. Because they have too many brainless morons without any thoughts that are their own that leap to their defence when someone says something they do not like. Or thinks for themselves.

I even had an argument with a family member over Xmas, though not computing related but music headphones, I have had three times before because they believe that everything that is stated in WhatHifi is gospel. Even though we had a mutual friend who was into cycling, as am I, tell him fifteen years ago that you cannot go by what the reviewers say because they are all paid to type their crap out. We both had several things that contradicted what magazines we both purchased said.

So much so that with the sky high prices of magazines now I cannot bring myself to buy one because I am actually paying them to be lied to!

However it is refreshing to see that with this video on YouTube and the comments made along with a whole bunch of videos being made about Star Wars The Force Awakens that the majority of people are now realising how far and to what extent this corruption and lies reaches. Even some comments like "is the corruption really that widespread" I have spotted on the Internet and on YouTube. This was when large numbers of people realised that the latest Star Wars was a really bad rip off of the very first film and were asking out loud, not in their heads, why every single reviewer, even nromally over critical Mark Kermode, raved about the Star Wars film and getting in the nineties out of a hundred and fours out of five on scoring. In the USA, the UK, Europe and even Ireland and someone replied "well they were quite obviously all PAID to say that!"

While worrying about expected plans not happening, Christmas coming and going and getting a real shock over the Star Wars movie I had totally missed the fact that several games publishers and developers houses had struck not once but several times with their games! #FACEPALM!

I am also starting to wonder if this is why they keep pushing games back now as is the recent fad? I think it may well be down to the fact that they do not want the backlash from gamers ... well the ones with brains and free thinking that is?

I myself studied software engineering and the graphical elements to programming. I was well into all the modelling techniques years ago and so I watched this guy's video with a great deal of interest. He showed to a factual level that the dynamic lighting and destructible environments along with several other things they claimed their games had was nothing more than complete bullshit.

In fact I was aghast at how obvious it was and wondered how in the world these companies like Sony, Microsoft, UBI Soft and EA among others ever thought they would get away with it?

I also thinkk that they are a few months away from being dealt a sucker punch by Nintendo that neither Sony or Microsoft will ever forget!

How?

Umm Nintendo NX, codename, comes out later in the year right about the time that all of the shrunken CPUs and GPUs alll come available? You work it out. I have not read of one person that has seen this one coming! Really ... no one!

Maybe then PC gamers can stop blaming consoles for crap graphics? Though they do have a point but at the end of the day its down to the developers or just how powerful their £500 plus graphics cards really are or that they lapped up the bullshit in a gaming magazine along with ten other people and no developer is going to put time, money and effort because ten people were stupid enough to spend over £500 on a graphics card. Or worse still TWO at that price!

I play all games at full setting despite having a AMD A10-7850K APU that all magazines state clearly you cannot game on and an out of date Sapphire Radeon R9-280 graphics card.

Yes every single tech journalist and games journalist said that you cannot game on the machine I built, except I knew that each and every one of them was talking utter bullshit. Worst offender was CustomPC Magazine.

So a shed load of PC enthusiasts went out and spent thousands of pounds/dollars and console gamers spent hundreds of pounds to play games with a visual perfection that were never going to arrive.

Everyone and their brother who bought along their gran went to see Star Wars The Force Awakens went to see what was billed as the greatest Star Wars movie ever made and ended up watching Star Wars A New Hope and left the theatres going "Err ... what?! Did I go into the correct theatre? I am sure I remember Boba Fett in that movie!" Peter Griffin will NOT be pleased! Lol.

So ... something seem to be going around now and picking up speed in both the movie industry and the gaming industry? Just to the lengths these companies and everyone else involved will go to to get your money out of you.

They are also realising what the consequences are of having no accountability.

Funny as I have been watching the old X-Files episodes again for the first time in years and every time I hear the line "Law doesn't apply to these men!" or "You can't bring these men to justice!" I laugh at now those lines are becoming common place, while secretly worried about it.

Well it doesn't, does it?

If someone wanted to do something about any of the fiascos of recent years you would have to band together with dozens, if not hundreds of others that felt the same way. In the UK they have been eroding your legal rights here for years, be bit by bit removing parts of the legal aid system. Even if you did you would likely get hundreds of fanboy idiots standing outside the courts willing to kick your arses for free and risk prison to defend these multi billion dollar companies?

I just hope the situation changes before it gets out of hand.

But then I think ... 'Why should I think that?' Maybe it is what these morons in power deserve? Just maybe it is the only thing that will stop them from doing what they do, for things to get very much out of hand?

But then I think deep down we all know that the laws only exist to protect them and not us when we find out we have been lied to and manipulated?

I know I do, lol.

Oh and if you look there are plenty of interviews and stuff from all accused about denials, despitye being proven, and even JJ Arbahams, or Jar jar Abrams as they are calling him, on why episode 7 is similar but not the same as episode 4. Yes mate, all movie goers are bind of course! Oh wait ... to be fair I did accuse Mark Kermode of being that ... and he did say this film was good! LOL!

I would also point you to the number of likes and dislikes each of these gets and you will note that around 70 to 80 percent like them, lol.

Public organisations or private companies ... they all tell lies and therefore they all ...

I LIKE DRIVING IN MY CAR ... WHEN I CAN!!

This ones going on two blogs, which does happen ... rarely.

At the moment I am NOT doing that which I ordered myself to do today. Cleaning and tidying up!

Mainly because someone hung on the phone for ages that wanted to ask me something. I also had another phone-call today where I found out that someone, sort of within my family had slagged me off boxing day morning, he is rather lucky I did not know as the mood I was in the last punch around the face off me would have seemed like a walk in the park compared to what I would have done.

No after all that, lol.

Something else I had not gotten around to checking and that is my gaming devices, namely my Racing Wheel. My Joystick too but mainly my racing wheel.

Now I have constantly uttered on here that I do not like the way that games have migrated online and that they have been doing this for sometime because of us, greedy gamers who do not want to pay an arm and a leg for their games.

Got away with because a group of narrow minded morons said that they are looking after their business interests and their rights, namely their 'property'.

I always knew this was wrong from day one even though I did not realise quite why. This is exactly what I thought when Steam first came onto the scene and in all honesty I got it wrong as I thought it would not last.

However I had thought that the piracy thing was not so much as an issue and I got that one wrong too!

Now you may recall that once or twice I have slated PC World, among others, because here in the UK we are sold shite from America that was returned bevause it did not work? Or on other occassions because some ham fisted yank had dropped the item, dented it, sent it back for a refund and it got shipped out to the UK, sold to me and ended up getting filmed coming out of its box complete with its dent?!

Well you MAY recall?

You may also recall that my Thrustmaster Ferrari GT Experience Racing Wheel seemed to sudenly pack up? Though I did think this might be to to do with Microsoft whereby the program their software they charge you for to act up if your doing something they really do not like, like using an unlicensed copy of Windows or trying to use it alongside another Operating System like Linux wherby Windows suddenly goes blind and starts lying to you despite you paying them all your cash and already having ONE LICENCE already?!

Yeah I call it the thumb up the arse attitude and the world only rotates ideology.

Well guess what I am doing right now?

Well first of all I bought IL Sturmovich ummm the Grand Total Edition, lol. Or in other words whatever it was called and was £4.99 in Game. It is a World War 2 flight simulator and I thought I would give it a go at that silly low price. Yes its an old title and its maximum resolution was not even close to what my monitor can handle. However if it was fun then maybe I would look at the up to date versions to see what they are like?

Well while on my second phone-call today I suddenly remembered that I had bought the damned game! Yes I kid you not and even my daughter asked if I was serious. Yes indeedy that is how it can get, though on this ocassion its more to do with the latest in a long line of shocks at just how I can forget things. Not one, for instance, to lose your rage over.

So what am I doing right now?

Oh I am only trying to get my copy of Dirt 3, a car rally racing game, as the Games For WIndows software it insists on using first off keeps failing to download the latest software which is not at all susprising as I am suyre it was all taken offline? Secondly it fails to load my profile, despite the fact it knows my bloody password somehow?!

I just checked and the software has just asked for the permission to download the latest version which is now the thrird or fourth time it has asked and failed to do this.

I then realised that I was now slap bang in the middle of one of those situations I have harped on about for years before I started bloggin?!

Here is a product I have pourchased I can now no longer use, I think and until the software allows me to, despite the fact I have paid them money to do so?!

Herein is why I complain about QUANGOS and ombudsman on my other blog, because when the rich get greedy and screw you for money and excuses to screw their customer base while grabbing cash there is nothing in return for protecting gamers with little cash when suddenly they no longer have that which they paid for.

Sorry to all greedy wankers out there but you stubbornly refused to ao anything and not giving a crap as long as your money was coming in but I do believe its starting to just nip you in the arse just a little lately. The really big bite sized chucks taken from your arses are yet to come.

How has this carried on for so long?

Well because a bunch of people not included in the creation or the manufacturing process not only refuse to admit, give up their share due to them not being needed anymore but are actually insisting on ever more money?!

Mind getting into a conversation with me as to why?!

Your all a prehistoric group that have not been needed for a fair few years now. I just cannot fathom out why they think your still needed? Do the creatives really believe yoiu when you tell them that they cannot make money without you? No self-esteem oir belief in their own creations?

Uno momento ...

Huh, here we go again. For some reason the software is taking bloody ages?! I can game online on my mobile phone and downloading anything is not too lengthy, except for ones exceeding 4GB and a 10GB file took a good few hours.

But Games For Windows Live is not big and yet I started downloading it before I started this blog and it is only around one third through?!

Remember the first two times it failed, despite knowing my username and my password!

Go figure!

EDIT: Oh I apologise, for those interested in the reference earlier to being ... well slagged off ... well I have some conditions as many know and its no so much the cosntant pains that are an issue...well outside of the busy periods as otherwise they very much are, no its the sudden onset of electric like stabbing pains, really painful knees and back that can have me limping home.

Well this person slagged me off for having to pick me up, which I was not aware they were going to do. In case I forgot I thought I lost my wallet on Boxing Day and was freaking out over where it was. I had lost my temper in my bedroom and things got...broke. 

Unintentionally but they were broken nevertheless when a whole slew of things were hurled across the room.

The odd thing is that despite having these issues the one doing the complaining not only has a car but has forgot that when I drove, yeah I lost my car years ago thanks tot he NHS and the DWP along with me ten years no claims bonus for insurance, I was always the one ferrying everyone else around, none of who which had a single physical ailment at the time.

Yes it is funny how people forget and ... well so did I! It was my sister that reminded me I used to do that when she told me I was being...well defended to my surprise.

Not used to being defended but I am used to being stripped bare behind my back because I simply wont accept absurd statement that people utter without thinking about that have no basis in reality whatsoever.

Right now a full ten minutes later the upgrade to software is finish so ecuse me while I go and press a button and watch a crap piece of software by one of a slew of companies that have gotten far too big for their boots crash and burn...or maybe it will work and ten minutes later I will realise that I was right and that my Thrustmaster Gaming Wheel is a piece of faulty garbage flown over all the way from AMerica just to be sold to some dumb-arse Brit who has no rights in his own country anymore.

WINDOWS 7 NOT SO ULTIMATE

I never did understand why Microsoft added an even higher priced version of Windows with the Ulitmate variety. Did they allow more features or did the downgrade the Professional versions?

I have to actually say something nice about Microsoft, yes shock and horror, but I wish that I didn't!

Sound completely backwards and FUBAR?! Well it is!

Microsoft shocked me by sending me a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate?! This was the complimentary package for informing them I where I had bought my not so genuine copy of Windows 7 Professional. I was taken aback let me tell you!

Only after several hours of faffing about I wish they hadn't!

It refused to upgrade and it refused to ... err install it another way and I had to go via the Windows Upgrade Anytime Anywhere nonsense. I got a letter of thanks too, sorry just remembered that one! But it did something extremely annoying and refused to recognise the USB ports! I am sure that Pro did this too but I do not remember it being this bad?! After having all that aggravation I then found myself presented with the desktop screen and no way on interfacing with it as it failed to recognise either of my two keyboards nor either of my mice?! Feck me do I need to have three plugged in from now on then?!

Jesus H Christ how Windows ever got into this sorry state is beyond me!

After trying to remember some keyboard shortcuts I got the motherboards disc in and there was no way to tab between options which is had also just done to me on the wifi driver disc for my Enemax! Lord, strike me down and put me out of my misery!!

Anyuway after finally getting around that and getting my Logitech G602 and my Roccat Ryos MK Pro pair talking again I then noticed I had a black border around my screen, after I selected the 1920x1080p resolution that is. I checked with the Catalyst Control Centre and that had not tthe option for the native resolution and yet it stated my monitor was a 1080p monitor?! WTF?!?!

The 1080p option was curiously available under HDTV though and selecting this still had the border!

I then discovered that a slider for scanning the image over or under and if I slid that to the farthest right, which was 0% overscan ... umm or was it under, then the picture fitted the screen! I was not happy about this and the image displayed was degraded compared to when I had the Windows 7 Pro installed?!

Jesus ... oh you get the idea, lol.

I had looked online and found many going on about the overscan slider but no one seemed to realise that this was indeed a cheat and that you lost image quality from using it. One person was getting irate as the usual crew of know it alls were insisting he must have damaged the monitor.

I looked at the Catalyst Control Centre again and realised it was an older version, being 14.2 when I had 14.7 installed previously which was odd as I had just downloaded it from AMD's website? Well how does that work?!

I then clicked for it to check for updates hoping that installing 14.7 again would cure the problem, only it only found a later version of 14.2?! I was three quarters of the way through the download when I remebered that the 14.7 drivers were beta! Oh for the love of ...!

Right now the download of the later 14.2 drivers are at around 80% done and failing this curing my image quality I will have to chose the beta version option. If that then fails I think I would have pulled all my remaining hair out of my head leaving Coots wildly envious of my shiny bald head!

So far not quite so Ultimate is this version of Windows 7 and it also put a load of files into a Windows.old folder which had me believing that if you pointed Windows 7 Ultimate at it it would just reinstall everything I had on previously and also including my settings? However a look online and everyone says no which begs the ULTIMATE question ... well why did it do this?

My bloody word this has been a highly irritable evening of computer tomfoolery!

Oh and the first download attempt of Catalyst Control Centres upgrade failed with a bizarre message. I was being asked if this odd and unknown program could have permission to alter a series of things and with the letters 'tmp' in it it looked suspiciously like a virus?! So I said no and the downloading of CCC then immediately stopped at ...

Damn it ... I just got blue-screened for the second time tonight?!

Now where the bloody hell was I?

Well I can continue by telling you that this time around setting the resolution at 1920x1080p in the Windows settings worked! That is where last time I got a large black border! Though oddly when it rebooted I got a 800x600 desktop, aero all switched off and when I attempted to change the resolution in the Catalyst Control Centre I got a message to tell me that no AMD graphics driver was installed?! I thought I remembered having this before but cannot remember if it was this desktop PC or my laptop?!

Anyhoo it gives me bugger all options now and I am now downloading the 14.7 RC CCC! Pretty sure it was in beta when I downloaded it previously? So hopefully soon I was stop having all this niggling issues, done quite deliberately by Microsoft in some cases, I had previously that all started as soon as Windows detected it was not genuine!

The ulitmate pain in the arse it has been so far and if anyone gets sent a more advanced copy on Windows via the same route I advise you to send it back and demand the correct version! I certainly wont want to go through this again! Lol!

I also have yet to discover what differences there is between the Ultimate, Pro and Home Premium.

MICRO GONE SOFT

Well once again the writing was on the wall on this one!

It seems rather apt that this story is running when I am about to have a showdown with Microsoft?!

Well I how I am not but if the antics I get up to on my corruption blog are anything to go by I don't have a wall without worrying on it!

I recently built a budget PC and a very budget gaming PC, of you leave out certain ... peripherals that is!

I decided upon Windows 7 Professional as opposed to Windows 7 Home Premium, which I technically already own the licence to from my HP laptop!

Now as I previously stated I was not going to buy Windows 8 for the obvious reasons and the same ones many others do bit use it. It has not escaped my attention that Windows 8 sells fur surprisingly little money and I thought this would be a bonus as Windows 7 Professional would be very good value, a rare thing to state with anything created by Microsoft who got used to charging big numbers fur things that stinky was not worth it and grew to unprecedented proportions on now more than a handful of products. Some of these products steering to have very good alternatives appear for free if charge?! From one extreme to another then and I am bit fully comfortable with either one.

I found a company claiming to be selling Windows 7 Professional for a reasonable £45 and I thought what good value this was but though I liked Windows 7 to look at it was not without it's ... issues. In fact when I received my copy it was causing my problems from day one thigh it was awhile before I realised it was Windows doing dinner very of things without actually asking me or even warning me?! As I had still to acquire all the hardware it did not occur to me about the thirty day, or whatever it is, period. I also know that Windows gets a bit iffy about you changing or adding too much hardware to prevent someone from selling the licence on to someone else! Now where have we heard that before?

I never got all the hardware in time before the thirty days expired where I was immediately greeted with a message stating my copy of Windows was not genuine?! I contacted the seller on Amazon and received an email from Amazon stating they were sorry but he is not with them anymore?! He sold a fair few of these and when mine turned up it stated 'Dell' on the disc and I should have raised that selling this foot may have been ... iffy. But purchase of a licence is purchase of a licence at the end of the day and I am sure Microsoft do not send these things out for free!

So I had to have another go at Amazon for this counterfeit issue is their issue and they should be responsible ... STOP, NO! THEY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE! THE END!

We cannot see whether something is counterfeit or not and Amazon have no problems taking money fur counterfeit goods which the last time I looked was illegal in the UK.

I then clicked on the Microsoft button about the validity of the disc and they asked for me to fill in a form about where I bought it. They stated that if I did I would then receive a pack, complimentary, to turn my iffy Windows into a legal one! So I did it and it was like pulling teeth as the software refused to let me continue unless I provided all data in the fields! Any idea how hard it is to get emails, phone numbers and order details from a site like Amazon? No they do not and they all seen to be totally unaware that they all do the exact same thing in burying these details separately being many pages, if they provide it at all?!

To prove this point try to find an email to Facebook on their site?!

Any hoo I managed to acquire all the data, except the fans product key as I have admiringly mislaid it! Well I do have Fibromyalgia, it is on a ridiculously small piece of paper considering it's cost and they do insist in that annoyingly short and crap activation period!

Now I have to post the damn thing of to Dublin in the Republic of Ireland which one again mashes things difficult because it is not in the UK and make me wonder why they do this?! What Microsoft so not have a headquarters anywhere in the United Kingdom? So I cannot use the myriad of postage stamps I have here and since it in a post box and have to take it in a post office!

Now that I have no teeth left these tossers really need to change their tactics and not do everything based on everyone ends doubt things as they should when they themselves do not!

What made me laugh is they gave me the option to pay for it online but the price was the time that I paid for my copy?! Greedy bastards!

Mr Microsoft when something is old it reduces in price, not a little but a lot! I recently purchased Crysis 2 and 3 for £8 and although this was ridiculously cheap, leaving side that everyone says the third one is crap, you get where I am heading!

Well they would do this if it were not for the fact that they are trying to force people into buying Windows 8, not good, not clever and I feel an anti trust lawsuit conning in again?!

Or added to this they know kept ate still buying Windows 7 which is why the price is barely any different from Windows 8?!

I have been around computers since Windows 3.1 and moving to Windows 95 and I can tell you that there had not been a time when the prices of the new OS, remember it's on third or more version, is similar to that is the now very old one!

From being stupid, arrogant, over confident and the focus of an ex military man concentrating on shepherding users so they can spy on them, bullying others of the paying field and systematically destroying the company Windows 8 would never have happened!

If so then neither works my current predicament as I have never purchased the old OS for a PC before ... EVER!

Crap mobile phone OS's which restricted it's users fat, far more than its desktop software does and your just providing the longest nails for your own coffin. Simply have not accepted that petiole are doing things better, cheaper and even for free they persisted with their arrogance typical of Steve Ballmer and his twat like attitude.

Quite where they all fit the idea that they were untouchable and they could never feel ... I simply do not know? Whether this is from the military or not it was simply shockingly arrogant and would end in years eventually. The only thing of interest would be works they realise and have the time to out the brakes on, turn around and get the other way?

Did they really think that in the entire planet that another group of prior could not outdo them?

Well the link below sees them go against their own predictions after buying Nokia and they now minuscule 14% share in the operating system market is beginning to show the first signs of rot!

The question remains has the rot now spread too far? Well we will see if the last nail required for them will be brandished by their own hand in any discussion we have over my current predicament and the new Window really needs to be perfect and sooner instead of later!

Though as it states that 18,000 jobs are too go at Microsoft it does not look good and it matters but where the jobs are going. It is not so Nokia and around 6,000 odd going at Microsoft itself.

Anymore between now and Windows 900 coming out and the death throws will not be far behind, I fear?!

RUNNING FROM THE ANDROID

You know I have wanted to say it for a long time now but suddenly I come across a webpage that has lead me to say it early.

Software companies really need to pull their thumbs out of their arses and produce a well rounded and efficient operating system and stop with the update crap.

In fact this update crap everyone needs to stop with and stop now, it's annoying, off putting except for bloody planks that know feck all about their toys and seen by most for what they are, an excuse to drive people so mad they spend money on a newer model!

Ahem. Now I have stated previously that Google have been losing the plot for a long time. I stated that they have managed to run Android without any of the tech journalists noticing this, or mite accurately not mentioning add they do not want the free toys and fringe benefits to stop. It has now been going backwards for awhile now.

Now I spotted a webpage that had some surprising news, well the why is not surprising only the who is.

I expected phone manufacturers to migrate towards other operating systems and in all honesty I thought it would be a Linux based one. I had thought that Canonical having learned lessons from various crap Ubuntus might actually pull this off?

Before a certain idiot decides to come back and blab about things he does not fully understand you should make all the criteria absolutely clear and becoming a major player in OS's you do not misinform people, mess around and talk things up like they are something they are not when the closet Greeks think it's ready to become mainstream when they clearly have no understanding about GUI's and usability and obviously no training in this area at all. All based on the fact they 'they like it'.

Oddly enough another company is showing the way, or hopefully so, in Valve Software. They have also proved me correct in this regard because one of the issues with Linux was that it was not taken seriously by the companies that matter as regards to drivers, namely nVidia and more precisely AMD. Unfortunately wallies do not understand these simple rules and like to harp on all the same.

Now fast forward to Valve announcing their own Linux based OS called Stream OS and suddenly lots of things start to happen in a short space of time. Especially with drivers and suddenly out if nowhere not only does a company emerge like the proverbial Phoenix but it starts to look as if those drivers for Ubuntu never arrived because they were instead working with Valve. Or perhaps only saw Valve as being able to seriously cut into the percentages of the other major OS's Apple, Microsoft and Google.

Quite bizarrely it is Microsoft and Google who have dropped their balls mostly, sorry no pun intended, lol! As much as I hate to admit it Apple are only guilty of not moving their phone OS forward at all, especially in its design as well as it's iTunes. Oddly there was someone who never stopped harping on about Apple and iTunes and unfortunately I am not around anymore to point out why Apple have bought Beats Audio. For their download service of course.

All to often companies, or likely more accurately greedy and lazy board members once the shares have been bought up, think they can produce just one innovative thing that gets swathes of pause at the time and then continue milking it for the rest of their days running big companies while strutting about like the big I am!

Someone I think all the idiots with money need to be forced onto a course to be made to understand not only how innovation works but that you have to stay ahead of it or you will die, be it slowly or quickly. Then once the writing is on the wall all the trickery and mishearing of its customer base comes about via up on high and this only makes it worse. Because people are not fools even if some appear to be to begin with in time they come around and get it.

However for some reason these lessons have not only never been learned they ate doggedly refusing to learn them during the worst financial situation the world had ever seen. This is not the 1920's and there are far more people, to many in fact some have started to say but try telling that to the crazy religious types who do not believe in contraception and breeding like proverbial flies.

Operating Systems need to just work, it is as simple add that. They can be messed about with and tinkered with but are not created fur this as a primary reason because if they do bit work then they cannot be truly referred to add Operating Systems. The clue is in the title after all!

When these stupid updates are preformed incompetently enough that they start to make the things that you attempt to do harder and intensely frustrating then something is very wrong.

When your a very regular user of these things to the point it is like that is a full time job or intending for it to become a fill time job then it leaves the orbit of intensely frustrating and starts to become beyond ridiculous and possibly expensive to boot!

What makes it even more infuriating is that these morons then decide that certain aspects of computing will not apply to them because they want to remain aloof? Any chance of contacting them via the Internet is nowhere to be found and attempting to open a live if communication by post is not a possibility.

Oh great ones, we are truly not worthy to be in the presence of such divine and God like beings such as yourselves and even that of your minions?!

Haha, could not resist that one! But then they do kind if ask for it and I will continue on asking each of my avenues until common sense prevails. Actually that's not strictly true, lol, there is more to it than that of course as many on my corruption blog are all too aware, lol.

Any hoooo, below is a link of someone starting to gravitate away from Android and extremely suspiciously along with shockingly, for me, it is the last company I expected to do this due to a teen years agreement it had just signed with none other than Google!

So this tells me there is more to things going on that meets the eye and either the company pulling away has realised that the obe they have now signed a deal with have either been cheating, well no surprise there, or are going down the pan as I expected fur some time they would. Now though I state this it is not an overnight thing because of both their size and the number of companies they own. Yet the exact same company produced its own figures a few months apart that contradicted each other and only proved what I have been stating about them for around 18 months. Well on one particular subject that is!

So you may have worked out that I am on about the Operating System of Android but the surprise is for those unfamiliar with the signed agreement the shocking company now reported to be pulling away is the one that has suffered in the law courts at the hands of none other than Apple, Samsung!

On the link below you will see a new phone announced by them called the Samsung Z and it uses the Tizen Operating System?! Thought this was Samsung's own system but now discovered that this is a Linux OS and had now garnered my attention. Waterproof too and I might see this add the phone to go for down the line somewhere?

I dare say that a lot more in the way of details with all this will come out throughout the rest of 2014. Something tells me that the Big G will have turned out to have been very naughty and taken many liberties to which companies would rather take users of their systems to city over very stupid reasons than they would Google?!

Also Apple and Google are both American while Samsung is not and I find this fact along with the fat that Samsung paid dearly write disturbing. This especially in light if the corporate espionage that the NSA have been performing while using the American public's taxes to do it. Giving the American public a bad name while using their own money to do so?!

This is another unfortunate thing that occurs in the world as because if some evil company being caught red handed the public to the said country takes the blame in its entirety. This to me dies that this that would take your money and behave like this not only believe it is their right to do so but also do not give a flying feck about the safety of their own people while abroad.

I hope I live long enough to are these morons get it and finally it sinks in that you simply cannot do this? Better still I would like to see them overrun by do-gooders ego would tie them to crucifixes fur awhile to have then live in fear of what will come next before letting them go?! Lmao!

Well the trouble with stubbornness at the tops of these hierarchies is that they ignore and ignore the slaps in the face until the lengths taken to reach any humanity they may possess takes some very drastic measures? Like being tied to stakes Boudicca style as public suffering on a wide scale for long enough will see them regress into the animals we all once were in times long since passed by.

THE DUMB OPERATING SYSTEMS

I think I am going to walk away from Google's Android Operating System. It just seems to be slowly becoming a horrible place to be!

As some of you know I bought three Advent Tegra Note 7 Tablet PC Computers. One for me and two on behalf of friends as presents for their two girls. Well I already had to replace one of the two given for a new one which were given out as Christmas presents and now I have the second one in my home and I will be exchanging it when I return it tomorrow?!

Starting to wonder now when my one will give up the ghost?!

But regardless of this nor peering on my mind I am having other issues!

Google Play has gone from being interesting and exciting to browse to a pain in the arse I really am getting more and more feed up with using!!!

First of all there are an absolute myriad of shit on their and I do mean shit! I have list count of the number of things I have downloaded that do not work, nothing like their description and died not do what it says on the tin!! Then there are the fecking games that are just plain greedy and preying on that gaming urge that is a primary instinct in us all! In app purchases is what I am getting at!

That is of course after all the utter shite you click on because the picture looks cool, mainly suggesting a first person shooter with console class graphics, only to see the screenshots and think ' what the FECK is this shit, it looks like the old days of 8 BIT gaming?!'

Of course yeah that is why I searched for something with an nVidia Tegra 4 processor so that I can play 1980s games and gear up the planet with all the wasted extra power?! Lol!.

I also got a an App Shifter and that is what it is actually called, unless your looking at it on Google Play then it's called something fecking else entirely. I moved a few dozen apps including some big games. Only lately I have been clicking in things and being told it is not installed?!

This happened with an app I bought, OfficeSuite Pro, because Quick Office is now crap because Google got ahold of it and I paid a tenner fit that too!! Only I have just realised that my documents in this app are NOT BEING SAVED TO GOOGLE DRIVE?!

For the love of a fecking GOD!!

Then tonight I realised that my new game I was playing of GT RACING 2 (real racing it states) had also give missing?! I then opened App Shifter only to click on SD Card apps to see just TWO!! TWENTY TWO would be closer!!

Then there is the game itself, ever since I bought something IN-APP things went downhill... FAST!!

I ended up with a Toyota GT85 II. Only straight away I was having difficulties and found that I had to drift to stand any chance of going around a bend and stating competitive with race leaders!! I thought that maybe some upgrades would since this. This was also because other cars were rounding bends perfectly level and without drifting! I ended up maxing the upgrades to the car without realising and things remained the same. Also despite being maxed out I was being offered upgrades before each race?!

Also I was seemingly spinning out each time someone touched me which was not happening to them and added to this they were never spinning out. Then there is the old positions remain the same syndrome within the race energy your the only one ever doing any overtaking or even being overtaken?!

Another common thing is never getting higher than 8th after several attempts on one track and then getting first in the next race at the first go?!

Some tracks feels as if my tyres are manufactured using ice while others not quite so bad. Maybe cardboard, lol.

The last updated, like the other two, have made absolutely no fecking difference to Android and added to this the swipe keyboard is still substituting words whereby you got it spot on but it offers you not only the WRONG WORD but often not even one that starts with the same letter?! You know the...letter...that... you... touched... on... first... which... you... would... not... make... a... mistake with!!!

If your going to scree up the coding at least get the wetting word that starts with the correct letter for Christ sakes?!

If I was Eric Schmidt and I had some Android OS as a business solution I would be crapping my pants right about now!!

So I am getting extremely feed up with Google and Android.

Only the alternatives are crap!

Sorry Apple I know you would like many to think that your system is great but that it's not doing well because the rest of the world is voting and infringing, but no!

I simply never realised just how bland the iOS was until I had a few weeks to mess around with one. Also I hate iTunes as it is also bland and on Windows it is good awful slow! Mac OS is much better as an OS to look at and use!

Maybe Jason Bradbury was not plugging Microsoft's Surface 2 dye to sponsorship?

But then where Google and Android have a problem with being far too laid back and open Microsoft are the polar opposite and doggedly sticking to their closed system which would not be that bad if not for preventing a number of other people coding browsers for their system!

My mate had the options of IE and UC?! No Safari, Dolphin, Chrome, Firefox or any others either.

So one choice is far too bland and boring added to way over expensive in Apple.

Another is far too awkward, butt ugly and closed system with not many apps or choices with Microsoft.

Lastly you have far too many choices, too unstable, far too many so issues and lazy or incompetent coding with Google.

Now what annoys me is that any one of these could read this and realise that they could alter their system to stand head and shoulders above the other two?!

However I will wager that they won't!

Or maybe one of the many others I have been hearing about will rise like a Phoenix from the flames and keep above the other two?!

If it is the latter paragraph I got they then do not just become the fourth arsewipe in a long list of arsewipes?! If it is greedy shareholders that come along then suddenly decide that they know better than the inventors... well get them to read this oust and I will tell them to shut the feck up and go back and crawl under the rich from whence they came!

In the meantime I can only hope that things improve and I suspect now that it just might be the big 'M' as they are already working to replace the travesty that was Windows 8, with Windows 9 of whatever it ends up being called?

Well the slab of plastic does seen to have all but grown up?!

I must admit to being somewhat surprised at the pictures I have seen if the upcoming games console! It is very stylish to the point that it is the first gaming console I have actually thought "I want one!"

The Kinect looks very cool too as well as sounding like it is a big improvement on the first instalment. However I am surprised as I did think that this would be built into the console itself. But then this could have had its own problems I suppose with placement of the console itself I'm the optimum location could be tricky in certain situations.

Still it has taking Microsoft the attempts to produce something oozing cool let us how it is quiet too?!

Let us also hope that there are no shenanigans like the Windows refusing to cone out and play when LINUX is around?!

UBUNTU 12.04 LTS & WINDOWS 7 PREVIEW

This is just to notify you that I have a very good, quite revealing and hopefully funny video coming up.

I have delved deeper into ... things and I have managed to achieve thigs I have NOT achieved beforehand. I also had a suspicion prior to attempting this so I decided to film myself doing this and at first I think I guessed wrong and the I am all "Oooh I was right!"

MICROSOFT AND LINUX

I an afraid to say that as ever the journalists are LATE.

I just spent a couple Weeks trying to dual boot Windows 7 and Ubuntu and after cursing the Linux OS it became obvious that it was Windows 7 and Microsoft that deliberately went out of outs way not to play fair.

Unfortunately for Microsoft this includes the user and their hardware as will as Linux!!

A fresh overall and no bloody internet a la Windows XP. I have always maintained that Windows is shit and assert initially liking Windows 7 the releases of H8 and this fiasco has changed my mind.

Tossers they really are and now I hope Canonical are not going to turn into them?! Same old..same old..shit!!

Give them twice the fine that the biggest one was....no three times as much and take the same amount from Steve Ballmers personal account. You need to make an example and so far you any done jack!

LINUX POCKET GUIDE O'REILLY by DANIEL BARRETT

Well my book has turned up and a great deal earlier than expected to be honest, lol.

It also looks new.

Now it is only a beginners book that is for sure but it was a long time ago I had my little brush with Red Hat and and I remember....NOTHING! Have a hard enough time, well I did last night, remember DOS commands, lol!

So I will go through this and tomorrow order another book and in the meantime time and little by little I was focus in on this Windows booting problem to see if I can fix it.

Now it is entirely possible that something may...present itself to me and a variety of things...

I could end up starting to build a new RIG, ohh I wish!

I could end up getting a SECOND HDD.

Now the latter would be easy to do as my laptop has a SECOND HDD bay next to the first, only you need a special plug and lead to be able to PLUG a secind hard drive in and...

HP want £90 for two 50 Pence plugs and a bit of wire?!

How about this Hewlett Packard?...

I buy a Replacement CADDY for my OPTICAL DRIVE with a HDD Fitted?!

Now even THESE are overpriced and yet STILL COMBINED cost less than Hewlett Packard's wire?!?! I kid you not?!

I visited Maplin when I first wanted to do this and someone that actually worked in the store had the same issue and my jaw dropped when he said "Have you got a HO laptop by any chance?"

You know I felt sorry for HP when they got into that trouble but in all honesty...

After the SHIT I have owned for the last year I would NEVER touch another product of theirs again!!

Two laptops and a printer I have owned of theirs and was hoping to buy a desktop but no bloody chance in hell. I could go into more details about the crap they install on your laptop and how utterly useless it all is but will just droan on o for hours, lol.

In fact I am not sure I would EVER buy a laptop again in all honesty, not after this. Not a Windows laptop that is for sure!

I will also not buy Windows 8 either...NEVER!!!

So Microsoft had better get their heads out their arses over the next two years as they are climbing up it and will disappear up the own jacksies by then!

This utter manipulation of users just to try to get more cash and stop others from getting cash has got to stop.

Also I have seen no end of anti trust cases going on but have now been exposed to some that are far worse and far more obvious to those already pursued and yet I hear NOTHING of any action?!

Also I am not the only one that sees this and a great many see it too and one example is the disappearance of the boot.ini file and I cannot find a way to tell the Windows boot that Windows is now on the X: drive. Well until I do Windows stays off my laptop I am afraid to say so you kinda shot yourself in the foot their Microsoft?!

I also find it kinda odd how two completely different Operating Systems that seem OK for the most part have had utterly disastrous OS releases either side of them?!

This is not me you understand but what others say as I have not used anything other than Windows 7, since Win XP, and Ubuntu 12.04, since Red Hat err circa 1998.

So with Windows 7 you have Vista prior and 8 post its release. I have heard nothing good about either one and Valve seem to feel the same.

With Ubuntu 12.04 you have...err whatever version they were ooh wait they had tens in them?! 11.10 and 12.10?!

With the latter there were two things that concerned me and that was the BIG ICONS and looking like it was going for a touch screen design, stupid on PCs as Microsoft is finding out. The other was the integration of Amazon ads into the OS?! Oooh boy was that stupid!!!

If you have not worked out the obvious this I call going after the gravy and everything else gets left behind or discarded, or us...

...so it is MONEY and not USERS that matters. But as they always say it is about users they LIE.

Hmm sounds a lot like governments and I guess the proverbial BREEDS?!

Like I said before it became obvious that you have to lie your way to the top, everyone knows that, but what amazes me is that when you get there and get caught out LYING the public go oooh your at the top?! You cannot lie?!!! BURN HIM, GET RID OF HIM?!

But wait you knew damn well people lie their way to the top, they lie just about everywhere I look on the Internet. Why so shocked when someone in charge of a large corporation lies? Why surprised when the government lies?

I get annoyed and frustrated with these things and these companies because I KNOW what they are like. I express frustration but I do NOT express shock. Ooh OK yes maybe with the Ubuntu going for the money ...YES, OK I was surprised. But as regards to the contempt shown to people and the love of the POUND NOTE or DOLLAR no surprise at all. Funny enough they have had this attitude for decades now but...aren't well all now skint?!?!?!
